PAYMENT POLICY:

We accept all major credit cards through Paypal, or we can take them over the phone. For U.S. Customers we also accept
money orders and personal checks (7-10) days hold. Any overcharged shipping will be refunded!

If paying with a money order or check please choose the email option when prompted to the check out page. Payment must be
received within 7 days or all items will be returned to stock (No Exceptions). This option is for U.S. Buyers only.

International Customers must pay with Paypal.

New Jersey Residents Must Pay 7% Sales Tax.

SHIPPING POLICY:

All orders ship within 2-3 business days for he exception of holidays. Any order placed on Friday will be shipped the
following Monday!

U.S.A. CUSTOMERS:

We ship through U.S.P.S. and in some cases we may use Fedex. All shipment will have tracking numbers and will be emailed to you. We also automatically ship first class as long as the item(s) weight is 13oz. or under. Insurance is optional. We ship Monday-Saturday for Domestic orders.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

All items are shipped using U.S.P.S., anything under 4 pounds can go first class, you will be emailed Acceptance Numbers...For orders 4 pounds or over must go either Priority or Express. All taxes & custom fees are your responsibility. We ship International orders Monday-Friday!

DISCOUNTS & SPECIALS:

Certain months we offer different specials such as Free Shipping, Coupons & Discounts. These offers are only good for the duration of the special and good for in stock items & are NOT valid on Preorders!

HOLDING ORDERS:

If you would like to hold your order, we will be glad to hold an order up to 7 days from when the first order is placed. We realize shipping can be a bit costly. If you already paid for an order and something you know will be arriving later that week and you want us to hold it until that item arrives, we will be happy to do it. Any multiple orders placed will receive combine shipping, and any overcharged shipping will be refunded.

RETURN POLICY:

We do not accept returns nor do we refund for Manufacture's defects they are to be taken up with them, we will assist you in anyway.

PREORDER POLICY:

Preorders: To reserve a preorder item
we require 20.00-50.00 nonrefundable payment, in some cases a full nonrefundable will required. We do not preorder loose items. The balance for shipping will be due after the item(s) arrival. An email will be sent to you for the final payment. Please note you will be charge a handling fee at the preorder check. You will NOT be charged with an additional handling fee upon the arrival of the figure. Payment for shipping is due within 7 days (no exceptions).
